I think that this way of the chinese and Asians are fixing this isn't 
such a way to making all of this better and also, whenever the guy that
didn't get his car after three months later, then he should of thought of making
a brighter decision instead of typing it all down in the internet where people can
see and then make the Toyota company go real low and bad because of this
comment that the guy had put. On this different place, when it comes to writing
a different bad opinion of a company, it turns into a huge issue. People have
to make a big deal about it because they say that if one person just types
its own opinion about it, then more people can see and then probably even support
that persons opinion and then not be apart of the company liking either. I  think
its such a good thing for chinese companies to be acting like the way of fixing this
 because they just help it be better by finding the person or people that wrote the bad comment about it and also just get help from the clients by getting the good comments and winning the people back by going to their product but another thing, they also check how fast or how far the comment had gone so they check on Sohu or Sina to see if they have it, if not then it means that they
could probably still have enough time to make it better before it spreads to the people.
Sohu and Sina is a type of place where they write about the stuff that happens in comments, news
and other stuff that they think its good to talk about so people can see.
